Not drawn with 16 sheep, 16 moose, 15 goat, 9 deer, 9 elk. The sad part is if I get drawn now I"m not physically able to really hunt hard. I'll still put in and give it my best shot if I get the chance.

I have 11 or 12 points now, I honestly don't care at this point. The average hunt draw supposedly for the hunts I put in for has been 4-6 points. This State sucks on so many levels....

Max points on the big 3 and 40 points for elk.  Might have to drop those 40 on a nutsack archery tag next year.  Even then I probably won't draw.  :chuckle:

I drew Dayton Quality Bull in 09 with 4 points.  My husband drew a cow tag for winston this year with 8 or 9 but put in with two others and I don't know how many points they had.  Our son and nephew went in together for the Eniat in 08 and drew with 1 point.  I will draw with 7 points next year in everything but elk.  Can't wait til the next draw season!!

Group Tags make a world of difference when it comes to landing a quality hunting opportunity. Your points combine to compete with solo hunters that have more points, and the bigger your group the better. That’s how I plan to land my moose tag in the next three years and with any luck so can you.

I may be wrong (but I don't think I am), with group hunts they take the avaerage of points within the group. So if one person has 9 points and another has 5 points it avaerages out to 7 points. Also for bighorn and moose the group can only have two people. Good luck.
Just one more day
