   Yep, definitely no bulls in there, especially bugling bulls.  Can't fill a tag if there's no bull to fill it with and since he's the champ elk caller I'm sure he would've called one in a heartbeat.

   I've been in the Bethel and heard the bulls bugling all over the place in several different areas, though you have to actually get out of the vehicle and walk, but they're in there, you just have to find them.  I talked to several different groups of hunters awhile ago while in there and out of 5 groups 3 had tagged out and the other 2 groups still had a week left and were spending the whole time there so, I'm pretty sure they probably tagged out as well, though I don't know for sure.

Wait a minute, there is no elk in the bethel, goose prairie or observatory, they're all in the Colockum, sorry for the confusion.
