Last year I switched from Bemans to the Gold Tips.  I defiantly shoot better groups with the Gold Tips.  Thought it was just me.  Also, my dad just went from Gold Tips to the Carbon Express weight forward and they seem to shoot a little better for him.

Probably in your mind.  I shot Easton St. Epics at I think 70 bucks a dozen and switched to Maxima Hunter 350s at 120 a dozen.  I dont think it improved my groups by very much at all.  Nice looking arrows though.. :dunno:

Well, since we are of like minds at times, choose the same town to live in, like to shoot coyotes off our back porch, etc.  It seems to reason we would choose the same path on errors...went form Eastons to Gold tips here.

I switched from Beman's to Gold Tips years ago and haven't looked back.  They shot much better in my bow than the Easton's or Beman's.  Just ordered another dozen Gold tips with Blazers.  Should get them by the end of the week.

ive noticed quite big differences between arrows. gold tips seem to shoot better for my in general. but i think it has more to do with the bow and how things are setup. different wall thickness, head wieght, vanes, etc etc.

last year i shot beman 340's with both blazers and 3" quickspins and there was a noticable difference in groups.

I have a set of beman ics hunters and gold tip series 22 pros and the pro shot a lot better for me. I was shooting league during the winter and went form shooting in the 230-250's to 270+ :dunno: in blue face.

It seems that every time I switch brands or styles of arrows, then the new ones shoot so much better than the last ones.  But, in the end, all of the major manufacturers are turning out exceptional quality these days, and I think it's pretty much all in our mind.  Barring any spine or weight problems as they pertain to your setup I'd say it's mostly mental.  Building a spine tester will show you that most of the brands have pretty high standards.  But, since bowhunting is mostly mental, if you are shooting better with the new arrows, then you should definitely stick with them this season!  Confidence in your equipment is important when you're aiming at a big doe.

I feel that it is just like the bow.  Kinda like Ford Chevy and Dodge, it is Just which one you like better.  They are all good and frankly we will never out shoot the arrow that is for sure
If you aint hunting, you aint livin'
