good place for a tune and arrows

Im looking for a new place in pierce or thurston county to get my bow tuned along with arrows. Anyone have any suggestions?

Ray at the Lacey Whole Sale sports (old sportmans warehouse) is a good dude they always take care of their customers thats if you don't want to do it yourself.  Do not go to Cabelas for Archery help, other than to get a good deal on arrows, I usually purchase my arrows  (Beman V-Brake 400's) from Fletch Setter in Rainier they always have them in stock out of season and during season.

Tuning takes a few days. It's not a 10 minute exercise that you will find @ most archery shops. There is a lot of good books on the subject and worth the money. Most shops will have you shoot Through paper and call it good only to see you broads heads point of impact differ inches from the field tips. I say days, because you will want to shoot to get close, take a rest, shoot again until your happy with the results. I perfer the bare shaft tuning and after I verify by shooting Broad heads and Field points to ensure the point on impact is the same.

I do like to build my own arrows and tune my bow, but for those that aren't ready for that I tend to point them to Lucky Shot Archery in Chehalis. Ted will hook you up with any combination of arrows and accessories available and they have a nice indoor range you can shoot all you want as they work through the tuning process. Good fellas.

The problem ive had with pro shops is none of them have decent customer service for a teenage kid that asks alot of questions. Ive been teaching myself the ends and outs of archery shooting and bowhunting the last two years and ive had no one to help me so I tend to ask alot of questions when I go to a shop because I figure they would be the people to ask. And its not like im going in there and just asking for help I always buy gear while im there. So thats been my dilema in finding a pro shop that works for me.

archerytalk is a good place for questions. do a search on there for "the nuts and bolts of archery" its a book members made and were giving away for free. it has alot of good info about tuning and shooting. if your having specific problems you could always ask here too.
