If you haven't already gotten a Idaho Non-Resident Hound Permit, I believe your plum out of luck.  They only hand out 70 and those are snatched up 1 Dec.  There might still be a permit or two left in the Clearwater Region, huge country with no roads and starting to fill up with wolves.  A little advice, do not get caught handling a dog without a permit, you'll get hooked up for certain.

ya i had some relitives learn that, they didnt know and each ended up getting fined 3000$. but theres a few lil ways around it , not have a hound permit that is
