i put out a 50lb block of selenium and a 50lb block of wet cob at one site, at another site i put out a 50lb trace mineral block and a 50lb bag of wet cob. the elk didnt really touch the cob and they liked the selenium but they tore up the trace minerals. this was 5 weeks ago did a 3 week soak the first time and im going to pull cards today :IBCOOL:

I have a TM block up right now that needs to be replaced because of the damage the melting snow did to it. I didnt know if food would really work because the grass is growing like crazy and figured they would just eat that.

Thanks for the info and i look forward to seeing your pics when you get back
