Beer Brat patties
« on: June 25, 2011, 12:54:37 PM »
Well still have two more antelope to go through and one cougar but slowly making a dent on everything I got last year.

I did patties this time because the cabelas stuffer I had kept breaking but looking into some others.

They tasted great, little toasted hamburger bun and a big old fat pattie.

15 pounds antelope, 10 pounds pork and a bag of cabelas seasonings and two hours of work.

Looks good!  :EAT: How does the cougar taste?

I only tried the cougar in steaks so far, but it tasted pretty good to me...

Holy crap I marked that page and saved it in my favorites.

I had some of the beer brats tonite, just used a kaboob holder and molded the beer brat around it and cooked it on the grill, have to say it was mighty tasty.
