ar57
« on: July 21, 2011, 11:14:43 AM »
I was wondering if anybody has an ar57? I have one i am having a problem with it chambering rounds. It will only chamber it about half way in. And then when i manually cycle it, it won't eject the shell. Was just wondering if anybody might have a solution to this problem before i take it to a gun smith

It sounds like it's time to get a new gun.

I have been thinking about buying one to go with my FN-FiveSeven, I have shot a buddies before and didn't have any issues. I will have to ask him if he has had any problems.

No i did not switch to the heavier buffer.  I have put over 1000 rounds through it with out an issue.  I had probably put 100 rounds through it the day it decided to quit working.  I have striped it down and gave it a good cleaning and that didn't seem to help.

Thanks huntnphish.  Yeah I knew they were built here. I sent them an email on tuesday and haven't heard back from them yet.  I figure I will give them a call next week if I haven't heard back from them
