I don't know for sure but I would estimate 0.5lbs. I have to work on it some. It's not safe at all. If I work the bolt to load another cartridge and I push too fast, just working the bolt will fire the next round. Just not safe at all.

I myself have turned the screw out until there was really no spring pressure and i don't think i got much for misfires. Maybe too much oil on the sear?

I had to buy a Rifle Basix. When I tuned it, I set it too tight and the thread locker has the allen screws in permanent. All I need to do is file the sear a bit to get the trigger post to slide into in a bit more. Talking fraction of millimeters here. I don't mind it and can compensate but, my kids use this rifle too so, it needs to get fixed. Probably work on it this weekend.
