AKC Hunt Test June 21-22-----Result's
« on: June 10, 2008, 12:27:03 PM »
I've never run a AKC hunt test before, but have titled him in NAHRA. I've entered him in the up coming AKC test at Burlington Ranch in Chewelah, Wa. on the 21st, and 22nd. If anyone here are running their dog's then also... would love to meet you.

depend's on what your running in..  Junior, Senior, or Masters..  but they all have land and water mark's. Junior's are single mark's, Senior has double mark's, and believe Masters has triple mark's. Senior, and Master's also has land and water blinds.

For AKC on this side of the mountian's, you can get ahold of
http://www.northidahoretrieverclub.org/
They can proably also tell you of other upcoming event's

For NAHRA Hunt test's on the west side of the mountian's
http://www.pugetretriever.com/
and again..  get ahold of an officer there and I'm sure they can tell you of other event's in the state. I know Spokane Bird dog club has at least 1 more event this summer.

Also if you ever want to run any Bird Dog Challage's,
www.burlingtonranch.com
They will be running several more event's this year...   plus I believe a club will be running one on the west side this year

Cool. Thanks I might just have to go to one. I'm still working with her on hand singles, moving her to the left or the right, come in and she has back down pat. But what the hell it would be fun to see her out there trying.

Well...   We had a great week-end at the hunt test. Got to meet some awesome folk's from about 5 different state's. Weather was good, had some great judge's, and got to watch some fine dog's perform. This was our out come  :)
