2011 Special Permit

Just recieved my moose permit in the mail...do I have to send the money to olympia for the tag or can I buy it over the counter?
I've spent most of my life hunting and fishing....the rest has been wasted

i also got drawn for moose, called wdfw thursday they said tags wont be available to purchase until mid july

i just purchased mine over the phone today which is available through the licensing division  @ 360-902-2464 and the woman notified me that I should recieve my tag and information in about a week.

I tryed doing that and they told me that i had to send it in. so i did about a week and a half ago so hope its here soon  :dunno: thanks for the info .
