The ignore feature is not for the purpose of stopping notifications. Clicking the "unnotify" button should do what you're trying to do. I'm not sure why it's not working for you.

Nope - its not working. I thought maybe it was something to do with my browser or computer so I tried it from a couple different ones and I still get the  notifications. Oh well, its not that big of deal anyway. Thanks for the help!

I don't ever use the notify feature so I'm not much help. But I'll start using it and see how it works for me. When you click on "UNNOTIFY" does it change back to "NOTIFY"?   (it should)

Yes - it does change but I still get notifications. Even after I went to the section in profile and removed them from there.

Come to think of it I've even tried to get notifications from a board I didnt post on, like the Pay it Forward thread and it didnt work so I had to post something just to get the updates.

I went in and was trying to play with this new profile feature.  It will not let me add photos, or edit buddy list, etc....  Has this been turned on yet?

Play around with it. I just went to my profile page, clicked on the heading "Profile Pictures" then click "Add picture".

I guess it doesn't show the day, I generally put Apr 1, 1910 on the internet.

Hi Bearpaw, I use my Iphone with taptalk a lot to view the site and it works great when on the go, but with that I can only get to the forum topics. Would it be possible to put a link in the equipment section to get to the classified?

I would do that if that is the only way, but first would you look at the menu on top of the forum or look at the "Quick Links" on the top right, there is a link in both places for the classifieds.

Thanks Bearpaw, when you are on TapTalk all you can see is the Forum main titles and when you click on them you get the sub-titles under each one. you can't see the links at the top or the quick links on  the side. If you can't no big deal I can wait till I get on the computer to look at the classified and it may help out my wallet.

I would like to see a new board for hunting partners. It seems we always havenew people looking for hunting, fishing, hiking, etc companions. Say if someone is heading over to scout elk in the Blues and is looking for someone to go along and maybe split costs then they can post it and maybe hookup with someone.

You should be able to see the new classifieds in the community forum board now.
