One of the farmers in the Cloverland area of the Blues
(Lick CK.) say the wolves were chasing the elk in one of his fields. He said the field looked like it was turned up with a rototiller. Don't them wolves know there aren't any game in WA, they need to go back to OR.

7 wolves ran across Boulder Pass, 2 days ago, in front of Curlew resident. 3 had collars on.

Last year, I saw wolf tracks in the snow on Bethel Ridge. This year I hunted the same area I actually seen two wolves following a herd of 9 Elk about 500 yards behind. Bad news for the Bethel unit for hunting. Has any one else seen wolves in the Bethel unit GMU 360?

2 years ago me and a buddy saw a lone one...all grey... in 364. Right across highway 12 from Bethel unit

Not in bethel yet, but I have heard them in the upper rattlesnake drainage and pretty sure I saw a black female today up the bumping in an area with recent wolf sightings.

At the IST meeting this weekend they stressed the need to also report these sightings to the WDFW.
Pain is temporary, achieving the goal is worth it.

I didn't say it would be easy, I said it would be worth it.

The older stuff was mostly hair and large chunks of bone. The fresher one I didn't inspect closely :puke:   Pic was taken right above N Skookum lake

With the shape and texture of your pile, it might be cat, but most likely coyote. It's pretty small looking compared to the Bic. The poop I've seen is 2-3 times that size. I'll see if my pile is still there, since it's right on the road and I'll post it for comparison value... :chuckle:

Possible but I've never seen a coyote turd that big before. I think the pic is a little miss leading or it is a cat. Though I have found a lot of cat toilets in my day and I don't think that's what it was but :dunno:
