All I know is that it doesn't work for me to start comparing to how many shoes she has. It goes something like this:She says: "You bought another gun? Why do you need so many guns???"I say: "Well, why do you have so many shoes?" You don't need that many shoes."She says: "Well, why do you have so many fishing rods?" You don't need that many rods."I say: "Why do you have so much jewelry?" You don't need that much jewelry."She says: "Why do you have so many fishing lures?" You don't need that many lures."I say: "Why do you have so many stamps?" You don't need that many stamps."She says: "Why do have so many guns?"I say: "Why do you have so many purses?"She says: "Why do you have so many fishing rods?"I say: "Why do you have so much jewelry?"You get the idea. It never ends......you could argue for hours about it. We both have hobbies and accumulate stuff. Stuff she has seems silly to me and I guess the stuff I have seems silly to her. I think once you're together long enough, you learn to not get into those comparison arguments too often because there just isn't going to be a winner of the argument.
