They were both just over the one year warranty so I trashed them and didn't try to talk to Tasco. However they easily had over 8 months of solid use with thousands of photos. I felt like I got my money's worth out of them.

Sounds great! I have yet to take the plunge. Still trying to decide between a smoker and a trail cam for my next plunge.
