Zodi Camp Shower Customer Service
« on: August 25, 2011, 02:04:18 PM »
I bought the camp shower on craigslist for $40 awhile back and used it camping for the first time last week as we were dry camping and I was worried about grey water storage.  Anyway, the pump crapped out after about 4 uses.

I just got off the customer service line (which is printed on the box and the unit itself in bold!) Mike picked up the phone, no robot.  I told Mike that I bought it used and what had happended and he took my address and said that the mail already went out today but a new pump would be in the mail tomorrow.  No S&H, no questions.  I even expected to pay for it since I bought it used!

I too got mine replaced no questions asked. Both only lasted one season, I think maybe not even that. I boil water now and stand on pine boughs. It works well. I also like the Idea someone else gave about using a 3 gallon weed sprayer with the sink sprayer attached to the hose and paint it all black so the sun heats it. Sweet idea.
