Quadrafire, I do not have any during the smoking process but do have before and after pictures. The sealer I have is the Foodsaver V3825 from Costco.

Nice work.... my next purchase will be a vacuum sealer. I'll check out costco. I also have a bunch of cabelas points, might look there as well.
