Northern Oregon coast Summer Steelhead Fishing

Taking a little family vacation this coming week to Rockaway Beach on the Oregon coast and was wondering if any of the rivers around that area have any summer steelhead in them or late springers?  Looking to get away for a day and do some drift fishing.  Anyone every fish down there in the summer?
