use of calls for bears

What is the rules for using electronic calls on bear i could swear you couldn't but cant find it in the regs if anyone can clear it up that would be appreciated.

Page 70 of the regs,

it is iilegal to hunt  waterfowl, turkey, or deer with the use or aid of electonic calls and battery powered or other electronic devices as decoys..


so yes you cna use them
I kill elk and eat elk, when I'm not, I'm thinking about killing elk and eating elk.

It doesn't matter what you think...

Can't use them on waterfowl, turkey or deer. Page 70.

Yes they are legal. They are nice! Most our bear stands are 45minimum. A lot of them are longer.
