is it just pork sausage with the filling you want then smoked? it looks great i need to try it!!!
1 pound of pork sausage. Put in a one gallon ziplock bag. Press flat, it will make a perfect square 1/4" thick.
Cut the bag open down the seams, and open it up. Fill with what ever you like. Use the opened up ziplock to roll it. Press together to close it up.
Smoke @ 230 degrees until the center reaches 170 degrees. Slice and enjoy.
