I have cameras, and treestand in the ones around my place I dont think the county really has any way of knowing if you are hunting the wetlands.  To be honest with the really wide definition of wetland these days I think allot of the public areas we hunt on the westside would qualify.  At any rate they make good escapement areas I have seen some dandy bulls, and allot of deer using mine for bedding, travel, etc.

What kind of wetland buffer are you talking about?  It really depends on the ownership of that land. If an area is generally open for hunting, then normally if they have a wetland buffer, the buffer would be fine to hunt in.

In  pugetropolis you would probably be okay if you don't try to build a blind, or are in the city limits, or a no shooting zone. Libbies like creating those

 :yeah:
These areas are mainly city/county owned/regulated so it depends on where you are. There aren't any state regs against it.

well I believe it is state land because it has signs stating it is a wetland buffer. I know I cant discharge a firearm in city limits so id have to arrow one if it were legal. Ima try and put a picture of one of the bucks ive been watching out there. The spot is in a developed part of town and the deer have been safe im guesssing for quiet a while because there are 6 bucks that hang out together most everyday. Some days there will only be 2 but most days they all are just out there doing there thing.
