I have chronoed those shells from my sendero at 3210-3260. You should verify with your rifle though. Each is different. What is your rifle?
This shells wouldn't shoot worth a shiat in line... 2 inch at 100 yards. Also showed pressure signs in my rifle.

When the factories use a chronograph, I believe they shoot at 70 F.  If it is hotter out, you will see higher numbers; and colder out, will see lower numbers.  If it gets too cold using slow powder in a large RUM case, might have to use even hotter primers to get ignition.

If you're spending the money with Leupold to build a custom scope, don't guess on the numbers. Find someone with a chrono and ask them to borrow it or shoot through it.

Me too, with nearly the same results as far as fps goes.  Every other shot was 50 fps different. Weird, but the mean was right around the middle so that was good.

Definitely don't guess.  Shoot it at distance as well and send that data to Leupold also.

A good online calculator is on biggameinfo.com play around with that before deciding on the atmospheric conditions to use for your turret. I have found this calculator very accurate.
