last week the girlfriend made praline bacon... I was leery at first but OMG this stuff is good. warm, cold, crumbled on top of something.... its the bomb.
the recipe she used was from the show "Good eats"

if you try making it its best to have a pan on a rack above the bacon as well as under to avoid spattering and smoke when grease hits the oven burners.
