Yes you do. And only the Discover Pass is applicable in this area since it is a DNR state forest.

I'll provide you with the same info I provided somebody else a couple days ago. The whole area that is typically referred to as the Colockum is a mix of agency lands. On the western side is USFS land. East of that is the Naneum State Forest which is DNR and requires the Discover Pass. To the north and east of the Naneum Forest is the Colockum Wildlife Area which is a mix of DNR, WDFW, and BLM lands. Even though the Colockum Wildlife Area has three different land ownerships it is managed by WDFW as the Colockum Wildlife Area. You can use either the Discover Pass or the WDFW Vehicle Use Permit on wildlife areas.

In regards to the Quilomene. The Quilomene Wildlife Area contains land owned by WDFW and DNR. However it is managed by WDFW as the Quilomene Wildlife Area and you can use both passes.

To see the Wildlife Area boundaries for the Colockum check out: http://wdfw.wa.gov/webmaps/gohunt/wildlife_area_pdf/wla_colockum.pdf
