he shot it cause it was in his pigs and called the fish and game to come get it.
 

 So he go Jail for protecting his livestock.  Wow I see.    I wonder if his wife forced him to call F/G   :bdid:

Kind of off the subject, but this guy is facing up to a year in jail and 50K in fines.
Are you guys familiar with the story of the road rage guy? He killed that other fella and faces up to 31 months in jail . Anybody else see a problem here. This guy who shot the bear, could get a liberal judge and do a year in jail and pay 50k in fines. This guy who killed the man, could get a liberal judge, and face a year in jail and court costs, maybe less. :dunno:

i think he got screwed.  but humans are not (endangered)  the system sucks look at the rape cases , you can catch someone red handed and they don't go to death.  (yes i mean death) if it happens to someone i know there will be that.  sorry off topic anyway good luck .

he should have just played dumb! seems to work for most people!  "what there is a dead grizzly in my yard? thats terrible! who would do such a thing!" lol honesty doesnt get you anywhere with the judicial systems here
