Mule deer archers - wanna tell a story?
« on: August 10, 2011, 11:09:03 AM »
As the editor of my archery club's newsletter, i'm interested in a story about stalking mulies with a bow!  I'm looking for stories around 1000 words and pictures if you have them  !  True story or fiction, I'm interested!  We can't pay, but I can offer a stainless steel water bottle with our club logo on it (Evergreen Archery Club).

If you're interested, I'd love to hear from you.  You don't have to be a master wordsmith... I can edit or add as little or as much as you like!  You can PM me or email me at eacthetarget@hotmail.com.

Thanks!

Heath Harmon

Yep I am gonna make elk season after all.  It may be crazy but I graduate Sept 8. I'll drive to NY and arrive late on the 11th.  Will unpack the big stuff on the 12th and am then gonna catch a flight to WA early on the 13th. My brother is gonna leave the highcountry to pick me up at SEA-TAC at 3PM and then were going strait to a wilderness area to chase elk until the 18th. Then Im gonna go East to do some spot and stalk Muley hunting with my Dad. (Although he will not be hunting).  So Im pretty stoked about that.  Not really sure where Im gonna hunt deer since I wont have time to talk to landowners but   Ill be out West hunting. CANT WAIT.

I got some awsome Thermal footage tonite while flying of about 12 really nice bucks on the range. Theyre VERY lucky Im so lawabiding because I had 360 rounds of 30mm on board

Don't think I didn't put my crosshairs on them though and made machine gun sounds with my mouth.
