Ok, so all joking aside. When and where do you guys practice your calling techniques?? I know I will have my calls in my mouth quite a bit durring the summer and practice my cow calling but when it comes to bugling I have found that setting up a video camera outside and bugling to it from about 30 - 40 yards away and then watching the video has helped me a bit. It is hard to really know what a you sound like till you do this. I found that there are a few sounds I can make with my voice and mouth that really help out the gutteral sounds, if thats the correct term to use?? ANybody else video them selves to hear what you actually sound like??

Far as i am concerned once you get to a point in your elk hunting career its like riding a bike, even though i do learn something new every year, every encounter is a little different.. On another note, i was tootting the horn pretty hard the other day and heard some responces coming from your way... Theres going to be some pretty smart bulls around the house.. I think there going to have there degree with all this eduacation pretty soon.. I can hear Stew off my back poarch and we go back & 4th..
probably bet that bull wont come into a call now
