I just looked at a map and there's around 1200 acres of state land in that deer area, and most, if not all of it, looks like it is accessible by county or state roads. Plus there is 900 acres of Feel Free to Hunt.

Also in looking at the gomap feature on the wdfw where state land is in the area of 1080 I don't think I have ever seen any of it marked? Is that the case? How do you know if it is actually huntable? And not private?
I know where the feel free to hunt in that area is, but could you point me in the right direction of the "state" land your referring to?
DNR "school" land may be contracted out for agricultural purposes which may mean its posted.
