Eastmans - Washington High Hunt
« on: August 17, 2011, 10:29:33 PM »
Anyone else see the story in the August/September issue of Eastmans about the Washington high hunt?  It's fun reading about a Washington hunt every once in a while!

Sounded like they were hunting a wilderness area on the peninsula.  They killed a bruiser of a blacktail, definitely a nice buck.

I saw it...good stuff.
There was a couple Washington hunts in that article, plus the 4-horned antelope was on here. The other 2 guys that didn't shoot that antelope were Gutpile and MHWash.

" In today's instant gratification society, more and more pressure revolves around success and the measurement of one's prowess as a hunter by inches on a score chart or field photos produced on social media. Don't fall into the trap. Hunting is-and always will be- about the hunt, the adventure, the views, and time spent with close friends and family. " Ryan Hatfield
