It's way cool.
I don't have a smart phone either but my hunting buddy does. The cool part is it makes your phone a GPS and you don't need cell service for it to work.

" In today's instant gratification society, more and more pressure revolves around success and the measurement of one's prowess as a hunter by inches on a score chart or field photos produced on social media. Don't fall into the trap. Hunting is-and always will be- about the hunt, the adventure, the views, and time spent with close friends and family. " Ryan Hatfield

This is another good reason why I should get a smart phone.

Cool little app!  I loaded it this afternoon and it has the same land ownership layering (BLM, State, Federal, USFS, etc) that is found on the Montana GPS Maps I just bought and you can lay it over the satelite view which is a nice feature the Rino doesn't have.  A lot of other features I haven't even played with or used yet too - will worth the $$ I spent to buy/download it.  I will keep and use both this app and my Garmin Rinos, but for $4 to download and then $9 a year for the land ownership layering I am in!
