BP dont some of the collars now have a combined gps and shock collar combo? that way you can track down your dog with a map overlay?

I'm not sure, hunters would like 1 unit, but I do not know if one is available. Equipment has been changing, maybe someone else has more info....

both of which I really like, so I hope to see some great Ecollars with GPS in them.

My son and I were just discussing that merger/buyout, I think this will force wildlife to come out with a new combo unit too.

there is a GPS/shock collar combo available, but the GPS unit cannot accept maps...WTH?  When they get that dialed in it will be a good deal. 

I have also heard that the Garmin disrupts the Trashbreaker I'm using...I think it's happening because my tri tronics "2 mile range" is more like 400 yards...

Those dogs  would run a little faster if they didn't have 50lbs of collars on them!  I think i count 3 ifferent collars. What are they all for?

That's why we were discussing a combination collar... 

Our dogs get turned loose with 3 collars too, 2 types of tracking collar on one collar, training collar, and regular collar with bell.

I know Quick Track was making one or made one for the garmin collars and the telemetry but I never did get any. I was wondering what other people do, my dogs have a garmin, telemetry, and a regular collar. Sometimes a shock collar but it's hard to get them all on their damn necks!

this poor guy has some collars/armor on!!  he was our catch dog in TX on Monday. Worked like a dream and I never felt any dnager grabbing that hog.

Nice, our dogs are going to have to be part giraffi soon!  Mine wear Garmin, shock and regular collars, no telemetry, but I worry about turning them out without them.

yeah- they end up looking like a science experiement...especially my little females!

i run my tri-tronic's toner on my gps collar, alot easier to put it on the dc40, but i have 5 dc 30's with the toner on them. alittle stupid looking,but works for me. then the johnson 16,000hr collar. wont run with out a beep beep on. plus the regular collar w/name plate. i went from 4 to 3 collars, alittle more neck room

You guys will want to add bells to your collars soon if you hunt much around the wolves, I am pretty sure it helps keeps the wolves away when the dogs sound like sleigh bells. But a few dogs with bells have even been eaten by some of the more agressive packs.

I've always run mine with bells on for years.
