2nd deer tag?

After you harvest a deer, can you apply for a second tag?  My barber was telling me this yesterday, and cant seem to find that in the rules.     any help in this would be great.

I have never heard of a 2nd deer tag other then threw the special permits. Unless maybe its some kind of damage hunt or something

hmmm whidbey is overun with deer, maybe its a whidbey thing

Certain land owner tags for depredation can be given out after the fact.  Maybe he talking about that.  I have also heard that master hunters can put their name on a depredation list and possible get called if land owners are having problems as the season progresses.

My guess is he is what I call a "used to be" and no longer hunts, possibly from a different state also.

Well, there are deer on whidbey....but they are the size of a large chihuahua    Maybe that is why they give out extra tags....so you can make a meal if you kill two.  LMAO....

7 days till the season starts, and I will tell you how much meat I get.

Make sure you stay on Whidby Island....cause if you make it to McNeal Island I really don't want to know how much meat you get.
