Rainier set me up some sweet arrows! They were great! That is until the fletching fell off on 8 of them in two days of shooting... 

Same crap happened to me from Van Winkles..I am never going back.  Nothing like being out in the woods and having to fix every freakin arrow in your case.

I DO BELEAVE HE IS BETTER THAN THE REST. BUT WHY ALWAYS BE SO ERIGANT. JUST BECAUSE YOU OWN A BOW SHOP THEY ALL THINK THERE  DONT STINK..

Doug and I did not see eye to eye years ago as he used to run with someone that is currently in jail for wildlife crimes and another that is really something else. (LONG TIME AGO)  Since I work on my own equipment I do not use any shop very often. But if I do need something I will use him as I live pretty close . 

Rainier...   I have a couple of friends that will never step foot in there again.

This thread has shown that if you like a shop stick with it.  History has shown that bad service spreads faster then good service.  I do like this thread as you never hear the good service very often.

I have purchased three bows from Doug and will be taking my current bow in soon to get new strings.  He's been a good guy to deal with and I highly recommend him.

 I will never buy a bow from anyone other than doug. He has always been a straight shooter with me and has always gone out of his way to be helpful.

Dougs a great guy,but I go to Craig at fletch setter out by Yelm.I think he cares a little bit more about his costomers and his prices are better,Lilly cares only about himself and cash but his shop is cool.

Doug is a great guy and does great work. He is the only one I will trust with my equipment
