WOW!  your were completely correct when you said the first pics do the size no justice. that noggin pic  really shows how much of a bruiser that hog was!!!

If it makes you fellas feel any better i dont think i could name two guys that wouldnt struggle like hell pulling a hog like that out of the timber!!

That is a Great looking Bear Woodman.  I think it is one of the largest ones I've seen so far this season.

The taxidermist scale would not go up enough to weigh the bear but he said conservatively it would go 300 pounds plus. He was going to weigh it as he dismembered it and get me a close weight on it. I should know later today when I pick up the meat for my local meat shop to process.

Ask your Taxitermist what the hide squares out to be and post that with the estimated weight.

Oh.. and... Damn good job!
