dog or .... ?
« on: August 27, 2011, 02:35:49 PM »
Went and checked a few cameras today and had this picture. I initially thought it was a dog, a husky, but then I thought about why a dog would be that far out there and at 10:30 at night? The timer on my camera is correct...  :dunno: Could it be a wolf?

In your picture look like young pup, they say Mother have collar on. Doesn't look like this one has collar on...  I am just guessing here.  More and more sighting of that pack too.

What is that in the tree that he's looking back towards?  An external slave flash?  Dummy camera to keep thieves guessing?

I wish I was that sneaky but sadly it is just a timber boundary marker.  :chuckle:

Contact Will Moore out of Region 3 Yakima Office.  If it was in Kittitas County, and in Upper Kittitas county it probably is part of the Teanaway pack, but it's worth reporting. I'm sure you will have to disclose the location of your trail camera though since they'll most likely want exact locations.

Thanks, that means it's completely possible they have made their way into northern Yakima Co. and more than likely are around the 1914 rd as mentioned earlier.
