Thanks for the post, It only takes a few seconds to make any changes to the message, so it says what you want, add your name, and the system sends it for you. Send your message now before the commission decides on a wolf plan that puts too many wolves in Washington.

I liked the letter and sent it as is. No changes necessary- great letter. Hopefully it will do some good. Especially if they get the same letter ten thousand times.

No thank you.

I don't want to execute an entire species so I can hunt easier. My ancestors hunted with wolves and survived. So can I.

Your ancestors have the easiest hunting now, of course you don't care. How the hell can tribal hunting get any easier? I'm assuming your tribal by what you posted. By the way, if we could ever be so lucky that every wolf in Wa was to die you could still find that same species in other states and canada.
“In common with”..... not so much!!

Really? WHERE did it promote that?

It didn't promote that.

My guess is that cuzsis has read enough of the anti-conservation / anti-ecosystem / eseses* machismo on this board and assumed that the letter was code for the same.
The letter promotes much the same as some of the "other side's" rhetoric, but is more insistent on precaution.

My hunch is that all reasonable stakeholders in the wolf debate have about 75-90% in common, yet bicker over the minor differences.

*thankfully the site censors this acronym now because, frankly, it was embarassing to actually see this stance espoused publicly.

There are a few typos in that message. You should have someone proof it before it goes out.

Signed petition and sent letter hope it helps have heard some awful stuff about Idaho and Montana over the years. Hunted Deer in the Dwarshack reservoir about 15 years ago and the Elk were so thick it was amazing. Same guy I hunted with went back to hunt Elk about 5 years ago and the Elk were few and far between.

I sent it as well but added a personal note at the beginning.  I think a little variation in the beginning of these types of form letter are important as it shows that a person cares enough to spend more time than just hitting <send>.

No thank you.

The letter requests a number of breeding pairs that's compatible with our state's wildlife area and population. No one has asked for an execution of anything. You should read the letter before you comment. This poster is most likely not a hunter, but a pro-wolf, anti-hunting advocate.
