This is my biggest bull, I shot this bull when I was 15 years old in 1996, in unit 329. This bull was a legal spike and was confirmed by the kittitas county sargent game warden at that time. At that time anything that branched below the ears didnt count so double eye guards were legal. Now the rule state's nothing can branch higher that four inche's from the base of the antlers.

Just wondering, is that elk in the picture hanging in a tree on Park Creek road?
Cool spike!
I felt like a one legged cat trying to bury a terd on a frozen pond!

Yes sir it is, just before the cattle guard where the tree's start. My family camped "hunted" that spot for many years including last year.

My spike. Also my biggest elk. Checked by gamies on my way out. There exact words were "that is the ultimate spike".
