Are you talking about Fletch Setter? He apparently has an actual shop now, but I don't want to shoot around a bunch of people who are drinking... 
Haven't seen that! I was out there once and the guy seemed like he knew what he was doing. We kinda have a lack of archery shop except for Cabelas and the whorehouse. 
I have not seen it first hand, but I have been told by somebody who has been there that he allows people to drink beer while they are shooting.
