Anyone who owns property adjacent to the United States/Canada International Boundary, or has trail cameras in the border area, and obtains photos of anyone or any vehicle that doesn't belong or is suspicious in nature, please forward that intelligence to your nearest Border Patrol Station.
In fact, if anyone hunting or scouting near the border sees anything suspicious; out-door marijuana grows, people out of place, wearing full camo in the summer, armed or carrying hockey bags, hiking at night without a flashlight, low flying planes or helicopters, etc. anything that doesn’t look right. The Border Patrol is interested in any information with a possible cross-border nexus, no matter how insignificant you may think it is!

Blaine Sector (Western Washington) 1-360-332-9200
(4 Stations: Bellingham, Blaine, Sumas, Port Angeles)

Spokane Sector (Eastern Washington, Idaho, Western Montana) 1-509-353-2747
(7 Stations: Oroville, Curlew, Colville, Metaline Falls, Bonners Ferry, Eureka, Whitefish)

That would be my assumption.  Some L.E.O. depts. in the Yakima area teach sidestep and draw at the same time.
