This is from last November. I was reluctant to post since he was nice and waved and didn't mess with the camera, but it seems people aren't too concerned with having their pictures here.

That's me.  I've been hoping to get on this thread!!!

There was a surprising amount of elk sign around your cam. They seem to be moving north....

The problem I have is this, he is halfway through my 20acres they drove quite a ways to get in front of the camera. He had to get out because he got stuck. I have other pics of the Trailblazer with damage to the left front fender. Why cant people just stay off private land.

When I pass, do not let my wife sell the guns for what I told her they cost.

I've had that camera there for 3 years now and get a lot of predators and a some does. Rarely a buck or elk, never a cow. But was surprised there were a couple of bulls that seemed to hang out there for a few weeks last year... right about the same time you were going by. You are the first person to show on that camera.

That plateau has good grouse numbers and easy hiking which is why I was there that day.   I assume the elk feed on that mowed area across the road and bed on the other side.

Here are a couple from the past two years.  All on public ground.  My cams are all in metal boxes that would take some work to get out, but everyone that has seen a camera so far has been respectful...
