I'd just like to remind everybody that it's about the hunting, not just the killing. In other words, it's about the total experience, the sport itself and the challenge involved. Bowhunting, done right, is a justifiable and honorable pursuit. Done for the wrong reasons, simply chalking up kills and seeking personal glory, it's taking away rather than giving back to a principled way of life that has to be experienced to be understood. actually it's not that heavy until we get the water in the drum  ;) we figured we would get camp set up then go fill the water drum and come back to camp . we always forget something in town :rolleyes:

We have been using the bivouac buddy for years and we really like it. Instead of using the top to put the water in, we use the water off the wood stoves and put it into a cooler. Add cool water to make comfortable. A propane heater unit (Cabelas) heats water as needed and water goes up to the top of the shower by means of a small pump.
