Are they safe to use in tents? With a little common sense of course.

I have used one in my house and my trailer with no problems. Not sure if they create the same condensation problem that propane would cause. I was going to use one in my new Alaknak tent this year but decided to get a wood stove so I wouldn't have to worry about the moisture.
