Goin' grouse hunting after Labor Day
« on: August 31, 2011, 01:22:23 PM »
Going to drag my trailer over to the east side for a 4-5 day grouse hunt. I plan to be in the Twisp area. If anyone wants to stop by camp to BS and swap stories or even traipse through the ridges with me and my English Setter, drop me an email. I'll provide more details in email.
I've had mixed success in this area. Had one pretty good year a few years ago but last year was a bust. Only saw a few never got off a good shot. I'm sure this year will be better ...
Either way, it still beats working.
