« on: August 31, 2011, 07:19:17 PM »
Looks like a 2 year old Blackie... Dont know if i should whack him or not. What you guys think?? Im leaning on just letting him walk. Hardly enough meat on him worth killing for
This is the year im going to get drawn, i can feel it. NOT SELECTED, NOT SELECTED, NOT SELECTED, NOT SELECTED, NOT SELECTED, NOT SELECTED... damn :(

I would pass if it was me :twocents:, I bow hunt and have a 3 point rule I can always get a doe to fill my tag let him grow however if I had never shot I buck I would take him in a heart beat.

Let him walk unless the freezer is totally empty, then I'd have to really debate it.  I won't kill spikes anymore, but 2 point would cause me to debate the issues in my head before I could decide.......most likely he'd be gone before I made my mind up one way or the other...... :)
May I always be the kind of person my dog thinks I am.

Since your in King county i'd kill the doe in the pic or wait for a nice one.  :twocents:

The freezer is my main goal, any deer with meat is a shooter in my book.

LET HIM GROW!  From the pic it looks like he has a solid frame easy 6 pointer in a few years. The midwest has big deer because they understand management littles become BIGS. Fill your freezer with a doe!
