Idaho whitetail from today

Here is a whitetail buck I saw today while scouting for elk.  This is the best buck to date I have seen in Idaho.

Yeah I know that would be nice. I put about 125 miles on the truck in a new area so at least I have an idea of were I am going over here.  There is a lot of country to learn!

Um yeah it's archery season for deer right now in Idaho... that would have been a nice one to hang on the wall...

Yeah that is the worst part since he was at about 40yards the whole time I was watching him.  I knew I should of got into archery this year!
