Multiseason muzzleloader?
« on: September 01, 2011, 07:12:56 AM »
Hey all, I'm suprised theres no kills posted yet. Anyways I drew a multiseason deer tag this year and was just wondering about the muzzy season. I usually always bow hunt and don't have a muzzleloader so I was just wondering if I can legally hunt the muzzleloader season with my bow as long as I go by all the other rules for muzzy as far as size and units? I just looked in the regs and for what I could see, it's not legal. Or am I just missing it?

It is not legal to hunt the muzzleloader season with anything but muzzleloader tackle.

" In today's instant gratification society, more and more pressure revolves around success and the measurement of one's prowess as a hunter by inches on a score chart or field photos produced on social media. Don't fall into the trap. Hunting is-and always will be- about the hunt, the adventure, the views, and time spent with close friends and family. " Ryan Hatfield

The season's been open for what- an hour now? Someone would have to be pretty quick to get home and get a picture posted already. I guess if they killed one in their back yard it'd be possible.
