« on: September 04, 2011, 06:24:06 PM »
Hey I was up in some fish and wildlife state land the other day and noticed they have pretty good maps on those yellow sign boards. Does anyone know how I can aquire these? or specific wildlife area maps? ty

Here is a DNR link that you can buy maps or if you go to Tumwater they says that some maps are free at the office. DNR is Department of Natural Resouces, they are in charge of many public lands that are free to hunt. The links on the page that might help you are under Maps.
http://www.dnr.wa.gov/RECREATIONEDUCATION/TOPICS/Pages/Home.aspx

Here is another link Go Hunt here is a link http://wdfw.wa.gov/mapping/gohunt/

Hope this helps.

Those are the Green Dot Road Management maps. I got the Wenas and LT Murray maps from the WDFW office in Ellensburg a couple years ago. They are free. Just stop in there and pick them up.
