Let me know how you like it if you in fact buy it. Ive also been lookin for lever guns, just want another gun and always like lever guns, and this round looks intriguing.

Will do. They say it is comparable ballistics wise to shooting a 30-06 ( 200 gr in the .338me vs 180 gr in the springfield) so I figure I will be a decent brush gun and if I chase something out into a clear cut I still have a chance.

Well I pulled the trigger today. Pun intended  :chuckle:. I really like the feel and balance of this rifle. I also picked up a couple boxes of ammo and really like the look of this round. I haven't shot it yet but so far I am happy with the purchase. Oh and in the picture with the 2 cartridges the longer one is a .300 win mag and the shorter one is the .338mx.
