The Mally buck that is still the state record non typ was shot by my great great grandfather.  it was actually shot in 1918 but was not scored until 1933. The mount was in my great grandmas house and still remember drooling over it everytime we would go over there. it is now property of my uncle and can say that i don't think that buck will ever be beat.

 :yeah:
Before you criticize someone, you should walk a mile in their shoes.  That way, when you criticize them, you're a mile away and you have their shoes.

NW biggame record book is not an official book :twocents:  thank god

What does it take to be "official"?  :chuckle:

What makes Boone & Crocket or Pope & Young official?  They are all just recording game by their rules and stamped "official" by their "official" score keepers trained in the Boone & Crocket or Pope & Young way.  I don't think that makes any other record keeping institution any less.  I am glad that NW big game is willing to keep records for the State, because no one else seemed willing to do it.
