In no particular order these seem to be the most popular: Ripcord, QAD Ultra, and the Trophy taker smackdown.

I have the Trophy taker smackdown and have been very pleased with it.

Trophy Taker, pick your flavor from their various different styles.
I didn't say it was your fault, I said I was blaming you.
If I ageed with you, then we'd both be wrong.
You are never to old to learn something stupid.

I have the G5 expert Pro and will probably replace it after this season. It has come loose twice. Once it flew completely apart and ended up in two pieces after my shot. The other time it  just came loose and made me lose an arrow cause it sailed over the target.  :bash:

I have the same rest and will be replacing it as well. I have not had it come apart but if you do not draw very smooth the arrow likes to pop off. And it is not full containment. The only good thing is that it is easy to tune and there is no such thing as a bow too fast to use it.

I'll be going to a ripcord.

I have a trophy taker. I cannot tell you if it is the best drop away rest, because it has never given me a reason to take it off and try a different one.
